Oh, and hubby mentions the ginormous towels as a plus. Room was clean, bed comfortable, pillow excellent, as was Wi-Fi. Price point for basic room cheaper than other casinos and on par with other standard hotels. An impromptu stop on way up north to check out some dark skies. Being here was a last minute, what the heck decision. Please note: not a casino connoisseur or regular gambler. Employees for the hotel were all quite nice. We would only stay here again for another concert as it was very expensive and we very rarely gamble, but it was fine for this event. Shower head was awful no matter the setting, glad to see they are remodeling in September! Bed and pillows super soft so you won't like if you're a firm bed/pillow person. The pool was too cold so we were in it less than 2 minutes, but the huge hot tub was nice-and open until 1 a.m. But we still left the cleaner (Danny) a tip as he left a hand written note in the room. Decor is all brown-boring! The fitted sheet was on upside down. Where has common courtesy gone? The room itself was clean but really old. Love not having anyone above us but still woke up a lot from rude people slamming doors and talking excessively loud. The room was on the 5th floor (top) at the end of the hallway in the tower we got.
